Founded in February 2004, the centre has gone from strength to strength attracting students from all over Leeds and West Yorkshire. The first and only dedicated yoga centre in Leeds, the Yoga Space is located in a former Baptist chapel. The space is beautiful, warm, peaceful and welcoming and offers a calm and relaxing environment for its students.
We offer daily lunchtime, evening and weekend classes and regular workshops from visiting practitioners from the uk and further afield.
We also have on site Pilates, Thai massage and Dramatherapy.
The main hall is also available to hire for workshops, training events and kids' parties.
